It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.06.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.281 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992.
