ORDER

The petitioner has availed loan from Indian Overseas Bank. The bank has initiated recovery measures. The petitioner has questioned the same by filing an appeal before the Debts Recovery https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tribunal. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the first respondent to inturn direct the bank to settle the dispute amicably.

2.I am afraid that the petition is misconceived. The District Collector is not an authority to supervise the bank officials. Therefore, there is no merit in this writ petition and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
