ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.11227 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11227 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 23.11.2025 onwards regularly and the investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11227 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 04.03.2026 dss 2/4
