ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Palani to dispose of O.S.NO.2 of 2011 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The defendants 1, 3 and 4 are the revision petitioners herein and they seek a direction of this Court for speedy disposal of the suit filed in O.S.No.2 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court, Palani for partition.

3. The defendant No.2 remained exparte and the defendants 1, 3 and 4 have already filed their written statement. The matter has been adjourned periodically from April 2013, but till today no issues have been framed. Once pleadings are completed, the Court is expected to frame the issues and post the matter for trial. But in this matter, even though there is no impediment for proceeding with the case, it has been adjourned even for framing of issues for more than two years.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the learned Sub Judge, Palani is directed to dispose of O.S.NO.2 of 2011 on or before 31.08.2015.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
