Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b), 324, 387 IPC in Crime No.72 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3.There are six accused in this case and they are all absconding. The petitioner herien is arrayed as A1. The property is yet to be recovered.
