O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD) No.17319 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1084 of 2025, dated 25.11.2025, in and by which, the petitioners were directed to appear before the trial Court on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 05.01.2026 to till date.

3.Since it is reported that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD) No.17319 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1084 of 2025, dated 25.11.2025 is relaxed.
