ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] Seeking a direction for the production of his minor daughter by name Butlin Gency, aged 16 years, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to our notice that by order of this court in HCP.No.818 of 2015, dated 28.07.2015, the said detenue was produced and she was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permitted to go with her father.

3. In view of the same nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
