Respondents (R3 is suo motu impleaed vide Court order dated 01.04.2019) PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to remove the name of Grace, who's name wrongly entered in Patta No.761 in Natham Survey No.1085/43 of Perumbathur Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

ORDER

The District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District, Tirunelveli is suo motu impleaded as the third respondent. 2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the impleaded third respondent.

3.It appears that during UDR, the name of one Grace was wrongly entered in respect of the petition mentioned property. That the said Grace is no more. Her husband has gracefully consented to have her name removed from the revenue records.
