Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the corpus or body of the petitioner's minor daughter namely Priya, aged 16 years, daughter of K.Narayanan before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue married the third respondent and she is presently having a child aged 1 1⁄2 years. The detenue is prepared to go with the petitioner and stay with him till she attains majority.
2. The petitioner, who appeared before us, submitted that since there is a child for her daughter, he would conduct a formal marriage for her daughter with the third respondent, after she attains majority.

3. In view of the submissions made by the petitioner and the detenue, the detenue is permitted to go with the petitioner.
4. This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
