Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the fourth respondent's impugned communication dated 24.08.2017 and quash the same as illegal, incorrect, self contradictory and by the principle of estoppel and further to direct the fourth respondent bank to release the remaining Entrepreneur development programme loan amount of Rs.12,24,738/- to purchase load vehicle on thebasis of the selection and recommendations of the second respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.TAHDCO- 2016-17 EDP-MD-122 dated 27.01.2017 and as per the fourth respondent's consent to sanction loan intimated to the second respondent reflected in second respondent's proceedings in Nodal Order No.A3/04 dated 16.06.2017, within stipulated time fixed by this court.

2. When the fourth respondent herein had rejected the petitioner's application dated 24.08.2017 for TAHDCO loan, the petitioner had given his explanation on 16.11.2017 objecting to the reasonings given in the fourth respondent's letter dated 24.08.2017.
3. Today, (26.04.2018) when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he has sought for quashing the letter dated 24.08.2017, he would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the fourth respondent to re consider the decision taken by him and to consider his objections dated 16.11.2017.
4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent herein to consider his representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
