This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents, on instructions, would contend that a complaint was lodged by the fifth respondent with the Inspector of Police, Mattuthavani Police Station, Madurai and that the Inspector of Police, Mattuthavani Police Station, Madurai, registered the same in CSR No.174 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610 and Lalita kumari vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in AIR 2014 SC 187.
