ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil seeks six months time to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.113 of 2008. There is no question of granting time like this for disposal of an execution petition in the year of the suit in 1991. However, the learned executing Judge is given time till 30 October 2015 finally for disposal of the execution petition in E.P.No.113 of 2008 in O.S.No.628 of 1991.

4. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted at any cost. The Registry is directed not to entertain any application for extension.
