RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1970/2023 dt 08.02.2023 by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am alone inspite of directing the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police Y.Othakadai Police Station Madurai, daily at 10.30 A.M and 5.30 PM for a period of two weeks and thereafter to appear before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 AM and untill further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAKUMAR N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.THANGA ARAVINDH.B, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1970 of 2023 dated 08.02.2023 by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., alone inspite of directing the petitioners to stay at Madurai and report before the Y.Othakadai Police Station, Maduria daily at 10.30 am., and 5.30 pm., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.4186 of 2023 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
