This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the preliminary enquiry and take necessary action against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.01.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 1st and 2nd respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
