The petitioners who arrayed as Accused Nos.2 and 5 in Crime No.77 of 2016, on the file of the respondent has come before this Court for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar cum Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar District at Virudhunagar to consider their bail application on the very same day.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that out five accused in this case, Accused Nos.3 and 4 were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court and Accused No.1 was arrested and released on bail. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ready to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar cum Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar District at Virudhunagar, their bail petition may be considered on the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no

serious objection for ordering this petition.

4. Considering the facts, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar cum Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar District at Virudhunagar is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the very same day.
