2. The learned Standing counsel appearing for TANGEDCO submits that after the petition mentioned work is completed, compensation will be determined and paid to the petitioner herein. If the petitioner is still having any grievance, he can very well move the jurisdictional District Court.

3. Recording the said stand of the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
