ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the interim order passed by this Court on 04.02.2206 wherein this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- on or before 27.02.2026. 2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to heavy financial burden, the petitioner seeks further time to comply with the order of this Court.

3.Considering the above said facts, time is extended till 23.03.2026. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. 4.Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition stands allowed. 24-02-2026 msa 2/4
