This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. M/s.I.Vijayakumar, Sub-Inspector of Police, Manur Police Station, Tirunelveli District, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that it is the petitioner, who has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, which has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Manur Police Station, third respondent herein, and enquiry is pending. Only in connection with that the petitioner has been called for enquiry.

4. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
