ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order passed by the first respondent, dated 26.02.2019 and consequently direct the respondent to draw a fresh panel by placing the petitioner at serial No.33 by considering her objection, dated 10.03.2019.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.J.Padmavathy Devi, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Though the prayer is sought for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricts the same and seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's objection before taking any decision, for which, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no serious objection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the submissions now made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the objection filed by the petitioner on 10.03.2019 before taking any decision and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
