This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 149 of 2020. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai. However, the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai to take the final report on file, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
