ORDER

The Plaintiff in O.S.No.23 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif, Vilathikulam, Tuticorin District has filed this revision seeking for an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif Court, Vilathikulam, Tuticorin District.

2.The suit is filed for declaration that the second schedule pathway is a common pathway and for permanent injunction. The defendants were served as early as on 9.7.2012 and filed their written statements and issues were also framed in the year 2012 itself and thereafter the matter has been adjourned simply for trial.

3.From the perusal of 'B' diary, it can be seen that there is an I.A.No.271 of 2012 which is filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner, is still pending.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner represents that the suit is now posted for enquiry sometime in April 2015. As the suit is of the year 2012 and pleadings are completed and issues are framed, this Court is desirous of directing the District Munsif, Vilathikulam, Tuticorin District to dispose of the pending I.A in the suit on or before 30.04.2015 and thereafter to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2012 on or before 31.12.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
