This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to dispose of the case in CC No.396 of 2022 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent.

3.On perusal of the records shows that the case is of the year 2022, which was filed as against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 304 A of IPC. 4.This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. However, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to produce the witnesses before the trial Court and the learned trial judge shall dispose of the case in CC No.396 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
