ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 506(i), 498(A), 120(B) and 34 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek/s anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides would submit that the matter has already been settled between the parties and they have got mutual divorce. He would further submit that a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- has been paid as maintenance amount to the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the said submission, the interim order already granted by this Court is made absolute and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
