O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction seeking early disposal of O.S.No.147 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court intend to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents. 4.The plaintiff has come up with the revision seeking for a speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2009, which was filed for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the plaintiff's right of taking water from the well once in a week or any other dates.

5.Considering the limited prayer asked by the revision petitioner only for the early disposal of the suit, this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2009 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31st August 2015.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
