Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to survey the petitioner's property and fix the four boundaries in Survey No.2022 for an extent of 1881 sq.ft situated at R.Kombai Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of her representation dated 19.02.2018 and 21.03.2019 within time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition mentioned land is a Government Puramboke. Hence, it is not possible to comply with the petitioner's request. 2.This Court directs the first respondent to intimate the writ petitioner about the decision taken by him within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is for the writ petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law. The rights of the writ petitioner are left open. With this liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
