3.It is a case and counter case. According to the First Information Report, the petitioners have assaulted the defacto complainant with wooden log and chappal.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the injured person has lost his two teeth.

5. Taking into consideration the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
