ORDER

The revision petitioner / plaintiff filed this revision to direct the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of petition in I.A.No.908 of 2017 in O.S.No.70 of 2013, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The said Interlocutory Application was filed by the petitioners for passing of final decree in the suit, based on the pre-decree passed on 31.08.2017.

4. Since the final decree application is pending from 2017, the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose the I.A.No.908 of 2017 in O.S.No.70 of 2013, pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
