The petitioner has come forward with this petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 06.02.2015, passed in I.A.No.20 of 2015 in O.S.No.17 of 2006 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2006 was disposed of on 23.12.2016 by the I Additional District Judge, Madurai. Hence, this civil revision petition becomes infructuous.

3.In view of the above representation made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this civil revision petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
