ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against the fourth and fifth respondents and to get compensation from them for the loss and injury suffered by the petitioner in an accident.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. In the considered view of this Court, the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition is unsustainable. The petitioner has to independently work out his remedy before the competent Court seeking for compensation from the fourth and sixth respondents. A Writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked for this purpose.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 08.11.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
