ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petitioner, praying to direct the Inspector of Police, C-4, Thilagar Thidal (Crime) Police Station, Madurai City, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1067 of 2014, dated 29.07.2014 and to file the final report within the timeframe as may be fixed by this Court. 2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of four months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
