This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.62 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation with regard to the case in Crime No.62 of 2015 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate.
4. Since the investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and the same is closed, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage.
