ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.219 of 2015, dated 29.07.2015 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (crl.side) for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an investigation has been conducted and the same has been referred as mistake of fact.
