This petition has been filed direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the petitioner's properties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 1st and 2nd respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry with regard to a civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted and subsequently, the same has been closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. Since the enquiry was closed, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.

5. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
