The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to survey, demarcate and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's property.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent is the adjacent land holder of the petitioner's land and he is disputing the boundaries. Hence, he prays to survey, demarcate and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's land.
3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to direct the Tahsildar to survey the land based on the documents possessed by the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and also revenue records. 2/4
Tahsildar is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent to produce the documents and after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, the Tahsildar is directed to survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the petitioner's land. If necessary, the Tahsildar may seek police protection. If the Tahsildar seeks police protection, the third respondent shall provide adequate police protection.
4. With these directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
