3. The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and the complaints of the petitioner are all matters, which ought to be canvassed in contempt proceedings informing violation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.30233 of 2011. We also note that the petitioner informs that she is moving the present writ petition "as per the guidelines and footsteps of the senior citizen and Social Activist - Traffic Dr.Ramaswamy". We would seriously doubt as to whether a public interest litigant, like the petitioner herein, can move a Writ Petition at the behest of others. The petitioner has informed commission of certain offences under the Indian Penal Code, which really may not be attracted in this case and some of which require sanction for prosecution.
