This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to provide necessary Police protection to the petitioner and his property, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2016.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit based on the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry has been conducted by the first respondent police and during the enquiry, both the parties appeared and gave an undertaking that they will resolve the dispute privately and hence, the complaint has been closed.
