ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2018 and dispose of the same by holding an investigation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. This petition is a product of ingenuity of the learned counsel for the petitioner, wherein he seeks a direction from this Court to consider the representation given by the petitioner, which in the sense would imply that this Court directs the Police Officials to register the case in terms of the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the action has been dropped on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.12.2018.

5. Inasmuch as the action has been dropped on the complaint of the petitioner, the petitioner is now directed to workout his remedy before the concerned Magistrate Court in the manner provided by law.
