illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to restore the petitioner original scale of pay drawn as on October, 2023 by including the 50% of half of the past temporary services rendered by the petitioner in the light of the Memo No.Estt-1/Admn.6/G.O.MS.No.408/2012 dated 12.07.2012.
