This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.02.2017.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.70 of 2017 and the same has been closed on 03.03.2017.
3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
