This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.111 of 2012, dated 16.09.2012 and to file a final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within three months.
