Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a fair and impartial enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a fair and impartial enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026.

2. According to the petitioner, he sustained a head injury. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner did not undergo any treatment in a Government Hospital. This Court has, however, perused the photograph showing that the petitioner sustained a head injury.

3. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026 in accordance with law. If any criminal offence is made out, the respondents are further directed to proceed in accordance with law. The petitioner shall cooperate by producing all relevant records, particularly the medical records, before the respondents.

4. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
