This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.921 of 2014. 2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the respondent police filed a final report as "undetected".

3.This Court has already held that a final report filed as "undetected" is only a stage in investigation. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, under Section 173

(2) Cr.P.C.
