ORDER

The petitioner wants to host the petition mentioned event. 2.On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner is not having any bad antecedent. Therefore, the respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to conduct the event in question. The event is to be held from 04.00 p.m. to 06.00 p.m. on 06.04.2019. The respondent is directed to issue an order permitting the writ petitioner to hold the event. It is open to the respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
