ORDER

The petitioner is the first appellant and the respondents 2 to 5 are the appellants 2 to 5 in A.S.No.158 of 2019, on the file of the Sub Court, Melur. The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition for a limited relief, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Melur, to expedite the disposal of A.S.No.158 of 2019. 1/4

2. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the appeal suit is of the year 2019, the same is still pending and is awaiting records. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Melur, to expedite the disposal of A.S.No.158 of 2019.

4. Considering the fact that the appeal suit is of the year 2019, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Melur, to dispose the appeal suit in A.S.No.158 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
