ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.1102 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, enquiry was conducted by the first respondent and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact' on 11.10.2021.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
