ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Kamatchi @ Kavitha, aged 32 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present and her counsel is present.

3. The detenu herself has made her appearance and she has been enquired and she stated that she is residing in the house of her friend.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be dismissed.
