Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil nature of dispute on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent dated 02.04.2018 for the reason that the allegations alleged in the complaint is in civil nature.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil nature of dispute, on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent dated 02.04.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent submitted that the enquiry is still pending against the petitioner. 3.The said enquiry shall be concluded within a period of 15 days from today. If the conclusion of the enquiry indicates any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R will be registered and action will be taken in accordance with law. Otherwise, the first respondent shall close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner, accordingly.
