ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 419, 465, 467, 468, 420, 452 and 506(ii) I.P.C on the basis of the petitioner complaint, dated 03.04.2018.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent, the petitioner came before this Court.

4.If the complaint lodged by the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence, the second respondent shall register the F.I.R. If no offence is made out, the second respondent shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner, accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
