ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.257 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is closed at present as 'Un Detected' and that on receipt of necessary information, the matter would be taken up once again and investigation would be done.

3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
