For Petitioner : Mr.R.Alagumani For R1 : Mr.S.Manikandan Government Advocate (Crl.side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking direction to split up the case in S.C.No.612 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai, in respect of the petitioner, expedite and complete the trial within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that because of the pendency of the Non Bailable Warrant against the co-accused, the trial process could not be completed.

3. Considering the oldness of the crime and considering the fact that Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the co-accused, there shall be direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai, to split up the case in S.C.No.612 of 2018 in respect of the petitioner, expedite the trial process and dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
